Mitel 5304 IP Handset

This is the entry level phone for the Mitel 3300 phone system. It is a dual- mode, dual-port, two line phone with a 40 character backlit display. The 5304 is specifically suited to areas that don't have much space e.g. beside a till point in a retail environment. This IP phone is normally only used in hotel and hospitality environments.

Mitel 5312 IP Handset

This is the most popular telephone for more 'basic' users and is the least expensive phone in the range. However, the 5312 still offers extremely impressive functionality compared with other systems. The 5312 is a dual-mode, dual-port, multi line IP phone. It's key features include a full duplex speakerphone, 40 character backlit display and user programmable access to features and applications.

Mitel 5324 IP Handset

Arguably the most popular Mitel IP phone, the feature rich 5324 is a dual-mode, dual-port, multi- line IP phone. Including full duplex handsfree operation, 40 character backlit display and context - sensitive softkeys. This phone is ideal for teleworkers who need to change their feature set to meet their changing needs.

Mitel 5320 IP Handset

The 5320 is the entry level phone for the large display screen phones associated with the Mitel 3300 telephone system. This model is designed specifically for communications intensive companies, which require a converged IP infrastructure to deliver productivity and customer enhancing applications and services to the user desktop. These include unified communications, speech recognition, PC integration and remote voice and data applications.

Mitel 5330 IP Handset

Along with the 5324 phone, this is the most popular telephone in the Mitel range as it truly offers excellent functionality for those users requiring easy acces to the impressive range of features available on the Mitel 3300 telephone system. This full featured IP phone provides a large backlit display with 24 programmable self labelling keys and superior wideband audio.This phone is ideal for enterprise executives, managers and employees and can be used as a supervisor phone or as a teleworker phone.

Mitel 5340 IP Handset

The 5340 provides a large backlit graphics display with 48 programmable self labelling keys, six intuitive call state sensitive softkeys and superior sound quality with wideband audio. This phone also has a built-in HTML toolkit for desktop applications development. Desktop applications including "Intelligent Directory" increase worker productivity by providing tighter integration between desktop devices and tools used by enterprise and small business knowledge workers.

Mitel 5360 IP Handset

This handset provides a large colour touch screen display to graphically deliver rich applications to general business or across multiple vertical market sectors. The 5360 IP phone also comes equipped with a gadget sidebar, which enables one-touch access to embedded or internet based content and applications.

Mitel Programable Key Modules (PKM) 12 and 48

These PKM modules extend the capabilities of the Mitel 5324, 5330 and 5340 IP phone as well as the 8528 and 8568 digital phones with additional buttons and LED indicators. Using these expansion modules you can easily add 12, 48 or up to 96 buttons to the exisiting programmable keys on the Digital or IP phones. These 12, 48 or 96 additional personal keys can be programmed as feature keys, speed dial keys, direct station select (DSS) keys or line appearance keys. Each button has a line status indicator that works the same way as those on the associated telephone.

Mitel 5610 IP DECT Handset/ Mitel IP DECT stand

The Mitel 5610 IP DECT provides the user with convenience within the office. It includes a full dial pad and colour screen and gives users the mobility to move away from the desk within their office or adjacent offices. The IP DECT stand sits easily on to a mitel IP phone and will support up to eight 5610 IP DECT handsets.

Mitel Line Interface Module

As far as we are aware, this is a unique offering from Mitel. Fantastic for home workers, this allows them to work remotely using their local internet connection but integrate the resilience of a normal telephone line as a back up should there be a problem with their internet connection back to the main office. In short then, the line interface module allows the connection of an analog line to Mitel IP phones to enable local line select- ability, emergency call diversion for remote workers or failover capability for IP phones.

The Mitel 5310 IP conference unit is a full duplex unit which features unique beam-forming technology to remove ambient room noise and additional conversations. It is ideal for conference rooms and is supported across a range of IP phones.

Again, as far as we are aware this is a unique feature to Mitel.... the Mitel cordless handset and headset are both DECT compliant and offer great convenience and corridor mobility for supported IP phone users. They provide the user with up to 300 feet from their desk whilst still communicating on their desktop phone.

Mitel 5550 IP Console

Ideal for busy Reception staff, this PC based IP console features an intuitive graphical user interface, which includes screen based call status and call handling prompts. The main features include direct station select and busy lamp field status for up to 5000 extensions, colour customizable phonebook data fields and incoming caller identification. This console is ideal for high volume, call handling environments using the Mitel Communications Director platform.
